BRIDGE QUARTZ CRYSTAL POINTS
or  "INNER CHILD" CRYSTALS
BRIDGE QUARTZ CRYSTAL POINT
A large quartz crystal with a smaller crystal(s) point which penetrates and is located partially in, and partially out of the larger crystal.  Sometimes the smaller (or bridge crystal) will penetrate partially, going from the outside and ending inside the main crystal point, and sometimes it will go all the way in one side and out the other.  

The way I envision them helping is that they are actually bridging from the outer to the inner.  Whether that be your outer self to your inner self, the outer world to the inner world, etc.  Anything you want to gain access INTO from the outer area. I feel the deeper the bridge, (better the penetration) the farther in you can go with it when you meditate with these crystals.  To me the Inner Child is when they are smaller, more fragile, tucked in... I can just sense when it is an inner child versus a bridge.  I try to mark them as such on the webpage ... if you are identifying yours at home, you will just have to try and intuit it.

I also think it is important to determine whether the bridge is coming IN or going OUT (see the picture, it is coming OUT.)  bridging from in to out, going opposite direction, see?  (are you diving into the murky depths (arrow down) or is it an arrow coming out from the bottom (more open, free-ing release)?*

Other descriptions were from the years of experience of my working with the crystals (I am beginning to think I am channeling part of this information from somewhere (I don't know how this works), as some of my thoughts and answers to your questions and to descriptions come to me in a very strong Latino accent.)  ??  hmmm

If you don't have Melody's books yet, they are very reasonably priced and DEFINITELY worth the investment!  They are all excellent books!  A must have for any library!  I refer to them almost daily.

The best way to learn about the crystals is to meditate and experience them for yourself, I think each person will get what they need from each crystal, depending on what that particular crystal needs to communicate to you at the time.  I think the descriptions should be used as a general guide to describe the configurations to lead you in a direction, not as a hard and fast rule.  This is my opinion, however.  Happy learning!    Genn    :)
