EMPATHIC QUARTZ CRYSTAL
Empathic crystals are ones which are chipped or damaged in some way.  They promote understanding, compassion, kindness and empathy.  They open and heal the hearts of those who have closed them while also protecting the open-hearted from too much pain.

Some of my favorite crystals have been empaths, and some of the most powerful crystals I have offered on the webpage have been empaths.   You will find it isn't always the "perfect", or "flawless" points that are the "best".  They may be the most aesthetically pleasing sometimes, but for crystal work, and energy, don't overlook the empathic crystal.  (The old adage of not judging a book by its cover is very true.)

Other descriptions were from the years of experience of my working with the crystals (I am beginning to think I am channeling part of this information from somewhere (I don't know how this works), as some of my thoughts and answers to your questions and to descriptions come to me in a very strong Latino accent.)  ??  hmmm

If you don't have Melody's books yet, they are very reasonably priced and DEFINITELY worth the investment!  They are all excellent books!  A must have for any library!  I refer to them almost daily.

The best way to learn about the crystals is to meditate and experience them for yourself, I think each person will get what they need from each crystal, depending on what that particular crystal needs to communicate to you at the time.  I think the descriptions should be used as a general guide to describe the configurations to lead you in a direction, not as a hard and fast rule.  This is my opinion, however.  Happy learning!    Genn    :)
