This wand is made
of a thick mahogany obsidian needle. This obsidian
needle is polished smooth and is mottled with dark spots. It has
a heavy weight and a glossy smooth flowing energy. The crystal
is a self-healed double terminated elestial point. The stones
are the same dark green as those in wand 57 above, I will cut and
paste what I had to say about those stones here: they are what I think
are a kind of Jadeite, known of as chloromelanite jadeite
(described from rich dark hues of green to an intense black). Melody
describes this as a stone "appropriate for enhancing expressiveness,
intelligence and perception and helping to be adept at that which
is chosen. Provides for stabilization via grounding to the limitless
resources of the Universe." It has two small round black onyx
cabs. There is a green sheen tiger eye at the base of the
crystal point. Among other things, this is a stone for Earthy
people and brings together energies of the sun and the earth, helps
to balance yin/yang energy. This wand has a great buttery feel.

WAND NUMBER FIFTY-NINE $42.00
SOLD Diana
This is made out
of a piece of twisted driftwood. The crystal is double terminated,
totally self healed and elestiated. It has
barnacles and a few bridges. It is large
but has a fairy-feminine quality to it (the crystal). The
wand it twisty. It has a hole, (there by my thumb in the last
photo). The grain of the wood is spiral-y and flows. It
has two chinese coin jewelry pieces (they aren't rustic
and heavy like the others, these are light and made for jewelry).
It has several carnelian cabochons, described as "one
of the most useful stones for healing the etheric body when trauma
and stress have accumulated enough to disturb physical functioning"*.
According to Melody, carnelian is "used to produce inspiration
from and connected-ness with the spiritual worlds". This
wand makes me feel "fairy" energy, and that is surprising to
me because it is a very large wand.
